Message means he has the money to do it, but I think it might be more a matter of finding a better than stock solution (Z32 brakes are terrible) without paying a small fortune for it.

I have driven other cars with big brake setups like AP, StopTech, and Brembo and I honestly feel no difference in braking ability. It gets to a point where upgrading one component has diminishing returns as another component of the same system becomes the weaker link. In this system, it becomes the tires themselves being able to hold to the road and not the ability of the brakes to slow the wheel.

Stoptech, AP, Brembo, etc; the companies that build these really nice brake kits are exactly that - really nice brake kits.. They come with awesome calipers, large diameter massive (mass is good) rotors with lightweight aluminum hats, centrifugal cooling vanes, cross drilling/slotting, and are nothing less than fabulous. Problem comes back around to $$$$ and necessity. There is a large gap in the brake upgrade path when there are aftermarket stock sized rotors and better pads, but then there is this huge jump to multi-thousand dollar brake kits. The idea of this kit is to try and fill that void with a quality product that doesn't cost so much.. I wouldn't say people are cheap, I really think its more a matter of the fact that not everyone has $2500 for a big brake kit, but they want better than stock sized 'performance' brake setups..
